SHIPPING

Please note that order processing time is 1 to 2 business days for all shipping methods and does not include the estimated shipping time. Orders placed online after 2:00 p.m. CT do not begin processing until the next business day.

GENERAL NOTES:

  1. Shipping and handling charges are charged to each invoice. A.C.E. will absorb the shipping costs on backorders and claims.

  2. All orders will be shipped BEST WAY unless otherwise requested. Please refer to the following charts to determine BEST WAY charges.

  3. If your shipping address has a different ZIP Code from the billing address, please notify Customer Service or Order Processing. A ship-to code will be assigned to each different address, and you will be notified of this code.

  4. A.C.E. cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS (U.S.)

  1. United Parcel Service*

    Ground –     Each box is insured for $100, and delivery time is two to seven business days after shipment.
    2nd Day Air – Will be delivered on 2nd business day after shipment.
    Next Day Air – Will be delivered on next business day after shipment.

  2. MOTOR FREIGHT – (UPS Freight)*

    There is a minimum weight limit of 400 pounds.

  3. Air Freight (REGULAR)

    Shipped by commercial airlines. Will be delivered quickly but without guaranteed date.

  4. U.S. MAIL - Domestic

    First Class - Not traceable. Priority Mail is traceable with delivery confirmation and can be insured.
    Standard Mail - Deferred service and does not guarantee delivery within a specific time.

  5. Local Pickup (Texas only)

    The customer is called when the order is ready for pickup. A handling fee of 2% of the order value, or a minimum of $7, whichever is greater, is added to the invoice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS (Outside U.S.)

Shipping charges for UPS EXPRESS, UPS EXPEDITED, UPS STANDARD (Canada only), INTERNATIONAL AIR PARCEL POST, INTERNATIONAL SURFACE PARCEL POST, and AIR FREIGHT will be assessed at actual shipping cost plus a handling fee of 10% of the shipping cost or a minimum of $10, whichever is greater. The shipping charges are exclusive of clearance, duties, and taxes, if incurred.

  1. INTERNATIONAL AIR PARCEL POST (IAPP) – (Post Office)
    Delivery time varies from one week to one month. Can sometimes be insured but cannot be traced.

  2. INTERNATIONAL SURFACE PARCEL POST (ISPP)
    Delivery time varies from six weeks to nine months. Can sometimes be insured but cannot be traced.

  3. UPS EXPRESS*
    Two to five days delivery. Costs more than IAPP but can be traced.

  4. UPS EXPEDITED*
    Five to seven days delivery. Sometimes costs less than Express or sometimes more depending on weight. Can be traced.

  5. UPS STANDARD*
    Seven to ten days delivery. Available to Canada only.

  6. Air Freight
    Five to seven days to the airport. Customer will be notified upon arrival. Needs valid telephone number.

  7. LOCAL PICKUP (Texas only)
    The customer is called when the order is ready for pickup. A handling fee of 2% of the order value, or a minimum of $7, whichever is greater, is added to the invoice.

Exception is Mexico orders that require customs papers.

Charges are as follows:

$0 to $299.99 is 2% of the order value or a minimum of $7, whichever is greater
$300 to $2499.99 is 3% of the order value
Over $2500 is 5% of the order value

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  1. Payment must be in U.S. funds whether by check or money order. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

  2. A.C.E. has established local warehousing in certain countries. Customers located in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Honduras, the Philippines, Russia, South Africa, Paraguay/Brazil, Peru, Singapore, Korea, and Zambia must order directly from their respective warehouse.
